Collection of my favorite recipes















FAVORITE CHILI

Ingredients

• 1 lb dark canned kidney beans
• 1lb canned light kidney beans
• 28oz canned petite diced tomatoes in tomato juice (great value brand is what I used)
• 1 10oz  can RO*TEL original diced tomatoes with chilies.
• 2lb  ground chuck
• 2 med.  onions chopped 
• 1 green pepper opt.
• 1-2 Tbsp  chili powder
• ½  tsp  black pepper
• 1 8oz can Hot tomato sauce
• Salt to taste
• Serve with grated cheddar cheese and cornbread


Directions

Brown the ground chuck and drain.
Drain the kidney beans.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese
stir well.
Cook on High in crock pot 5 to 6 hours.
